Mr. Understated and an amazing waterman who has linked all of the Hawaiian channels by crossing between the islands. He accomplished this feat with his son C.J. Brother of legendary surfer, Bobby Owens, Chris still charges on the big days in the winter. His legendary training runs are incredible, from Sunset Beach to Mokuleia, on the outside. He is part of the group of athletes who represent the legacy of Hawaii’s great watermen, like the Duke.
